Construction Workers Needed for Jobs in New Zealand

A campaign has been launched in New Zealand to lure UK construction workers away from the cold, wintery building sites and work at the country’s largest ever housing and infrastructure program. Over 65,000 new construction positions will need to be filled over the next five years to meet the growing demand. The vast need is forcing the industry to partner with the government to create the biggest ever recruitment drive for workers in the UK.  If you are willing to relocate for a job position, contact Jobs Across The World. They will match your resume with a job possibility.

The most recent decline in British construction jobs along with Brexit’s uncertainties has produced an ideal environment to attract potential immigrants to New Zealand, according to Greg Edmonds, Auckland Transport’s chief infrastructure officer. LookSee Build NZ is a package including fishing, cultural events, and surfing to entice skilled construction workers. Interested and qualified applicants would be matched with the appropriate employers. The Labour-led government is looking to spend NZ$2 billion over the next decade, building 100,000 new homes as part of the election promise made to improve housing affordability. Massive infrastructure plans are also in the works during that time frame as well, which is looking to cost about $125 billion. There are not enough workers locally to make it happen though. If you are skilled in construction work, contact Jobs Across The World to submit your resume. Now is the time to consider relocating to New Zealand and enjoy life in a new place.
